Will a heat pump keep my home warm in winter?+

Are heat pumps noisy?+
Modern units are very quiet — around 40–45 dB at a few metres, similar to a quiet fridge. We position outdoor units to minimise noise for you and your neighbours.
Do I need to replace my radiators?+
Sometimes. Heat pumps run at lower flow temperatures, so larger radiators or underfloor heating give the best efficiency. We assess this during design and include any upgrades in your quote.
How long does installation take?+
Most installations take 3–5 days on site, plus design and grant paperwork beforehand. We handle the full process.
