The Common Case: Straightforward Repairs
For most common repairs, like a faulty sensor, a blocked condensate pipe, or even a fan replacement, the installation practicalities are usually minimal. We work with the existing pipework and flue, opening up the boiler casing, swapping out the faulty component, and testing. This process typically causes little disruption. We're usually in and out within a few hours. The boiler stays in its current position, and there's no need to consider new pipe runs or flues. This is generally the least invasive option.
- Minimal disruption to pipework
- Boiler stays in existing location
- Typically a few hours on site
- No need to adjust flue
