Your Current Radiators: What We See
When we first visit, we're not just looking at the size of your radiators; we're also considering their age, type, and location. Older, single-panel radiators, common in some 1950s semi-detached properties towards Norley Hall, might need to be upgraded to double-panel, double-convector (K2) or triple-panel (K3) radiators. This is because heat pumps operate at lower flow temperatures than traditional boilers, meaning larger surface areas are needed to deliver the same warmth. We'll identify any radiators that are clearly undersized or inefficient for heat pump operation.
